Replay for Demo Users- Reprise Academy Overview

Overview

This guide should be used in addition to completing the Reprise Academy Course: Replay for Demo Users. This course is designed for demo users and will teach you how to best use your demo library for your go to market motions.

Follow the videos and screenshots in the course and use this guide as a checklist and refresher on all topics mentioned.

Managing Links
1. Open Reprise
2. Open Library to see published demo's
3. Open Demo and Click "View More" and "Create Custom Link"
4. Title the link with the appropriate prospect name
5. Update Variables (See next section)
6. Click "Create Link"
7. Bookmark link URL

Dynamic Variables

Text and image variables allow you to insert dynamic customizations into your Replay so you can create personalized demos for different verticals or prospects, while date variables will make a demo feel "current" no matter when the viewer sees it.

Within the Edit Link modal, input the customized information within the specific variable fields displayed underneath Dynamic Variables and click Save. The changes will be applied only to the new Replay Link you created.

Best Practices:

For image variables, find the appropriate logo image on Google, LinkedIn, or the company website, ideally with a transparent or white background. Open the image in a new tab and review for sharp resolution and sizing (≤100x100).

Presenting
1. Open the link URL bookmarked in your browser
2. Provide your opening intro for your talk track
3. Press Next to begin the demo
4. Follow your desired click path

Analytics
  • Track who has accessed your leave behind demo (made easier by adding a Welcome Page!) and add viewers to your prospect contact list to include all potential stakeholders in deal outreach
  • Examine session data and see where you paused the longest to identify where your prospect had the most questions/interest → use this to inform follow-up communication tailored to the prospect’s needs
  • Use session data to determine whether the prospect completed the demo and what information they missed if they did not → use this to inform follow-up communication tailored to the prospect’s needs
  • Check out the Reprise Academy course, Analytics & Integrations for more information
Best Practices
  • Tailor your demo to your prospect → make sure customized links are created with dynamic variables personalized to your prospect
  • Review your demo prior to presenting to ensure logo variable fits as desired
  • Review your click path in advance to follow your talk track. Practice makes perfect!
  • Follow live demos with a leave behind, allowing prospects to review the product at their own pace and share it with other stakeholders
