Reprise Connector to HubSpot

Integration Overview

The Reprise-HubSpot integration allows you to gate your product tour and leave-behind demos with your HubSpot forms. Users that fill out your forms will be created as a contact in HubSpot, and the screens they viewed during that session will appear as well.

How does the integration work?

  • You can gate specific HTML Environment links with your HubSpot form
  • Viewers that fill out your forms will be created as a Contact in HubSpot
  • The screens that these viewers subsequently viewed in your HTML Environment will be linked to their Contact in HubSpot as well
  • Our integration also allows for screen view tracking without gating with a form
    • These views will be anonymous

Installing the Integration

  1. Navigate to ‘Settings’ in the left-hand sidebar of the Reprise app and then ‘Integrations’ at the top of the page.

How do I add HubSpot to a HTML Environment?

  1. Publish any draft (or republish) of any HTML Environment you wish to use HubSpot on

  2. At this point, your HTML Environment views will log as anonymous page views in HubSpot. If you also want to gate a link with your HubSpot form, click on the published HTML Environment
  3. Navigate to ‘Edit Custom Link’ for the link you want to enable HubSpot on:
  4. Toggle ‘HubSpot Enabled’ to on:
  5. You will be prompted to enter the ‘Hubspot Form ID’ associated with your Hubspot form
    1. You can find your Hubspot Form ID by accessing your Hubspot account and navigating to Marketing -> Lead Capture -> Forms
    2. Click on the form you wish to add to your HTML Environment
    3. Your Form ID is the third parameter in the URL, after your Hub ID
      1. For example:
        https://app.hubspot.com/forms/HubID/FormID

Data Sent to HubSpot

A page_view event is sent to HubSpot every time a screen is viewed in a HTML Environment. The following data is included with each page_view event:

  • HTML Environment title (the name of the HTML Environment)
  • Screen title (the name of a specific screen in a HTML Environment)
  • HTML Environment ID

How to View Reprise Data in HubSpot

  1. Navigate to Reports → Analytics Tools
  2. Select “Traffic Analytics”
  3. Click the “Pages” tab to view traffic for specific HTML Environments
  4. You can also access views for individual pages by drilling into sources on the “Sources” tab

Note

  • Any data other than page_view events with HTML Environment title and screen title that shows up in HubSpot’s reports stems from HubSpot’s tracking code and is not something we control.
  • For non-iframed HTML Environments, the session data will be linked to the person who filled out the form. For iframed HTML Environments, you will see the form fill information in your account & anonymous session data

  • Hubspot requires that you add the domains of any external ages with embedded forms to a 'site domains' list within your account. Any submissions from forms on external pages that are not on this list will be filtered to your spam submissions. Because Reprise demos are hosted on our domain, you will likely need to add the Reprise domain to this list in your Hubspot settings. What Analytics Can You Get from the HubSpot Integration?

With the Reprise-HubSpot integration, marketers gain access to valuable engagement data tied directly to their HubSpot contacts and reporting tools. Here’s what you can track:

  • Contact Attribution: When a viewer fills out a HubSpot-gated form on a Reprise HTML Environment, a new contact is created in HubSpot (or the session is linked to an existing contact).

  • HTML Environment View Tracking: Every screen the viewer interacts with is recorded and sent to HubSpot as a page_view event, including:

    • HTML Environment title (name of the demo)

    • Screen title (name of the viewed screen)

    • HTML Environment ID

  • Anonymous Engagement: If you choose not to gate the HTML Environment with a form, anonymous session data is still sent to HubSpot, enabling visibility into top-performing screens and demos over time.

  • Built-in Reporting: Within HubSpot, this data surfaces in:

    • Traffic Analytics under the “Pages” tab (to view screen-level engagement)

    • Sources tab (to understand where demo views are coming from)

  • Form Fill Insights: If the form is filled within a non-iframed HTML Environment, the session data is fully linked to the contact for follow-up and lead scoring workflows.

This integration allows you to understand not just who is engaging with your demos, but also how deeply—empowering better segmentation, follow-ups, and campaign optimization.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure your Hub ID is entered accurately
  • When in doubt, republish
  • Keep in mind that HubSpot often takes up to 24-48 hours to show data
  • Please contact support if you are unable to solve any issues
