We now have the ability to launch live demo demos directly from Salesforce. If a user is logged into Reprise, they can access our embedded app from their Salesforce account. Every launch of a HTML Environment from Salesforce will log as a task in the ‘Activity’ section of the Opportunity.
Installing the App
- Go to this managed package link (you may have to update the first part of the domain if you are using a sandbox: login.salesforce.com)
- Select ‘Install for Specific Profiles’. We recommend selecting 'Full Access' for all profiles:
These are all the components being installed with our app:
- Navigate to the gear icon in the top right of your Salesforce account > Setup > Apps (left hand sidebar) > App Manager > Reprise Canvas > Manage > Edit Policies
- Change Permitted Users to admin approved:

After clicking save, scroll down to the ‘Profiles’ section and select ‘Manage Profiles’ Then Manage Profiles -> add any profile that will be using this app
- Go to any opportunity > edit page in the top right. A common opportunity layout has tabs as highlighted below and it’s a good place to add the canvas app. Press “Add Tab” on the right and change the label to whatever you want (the custom option is on the top of the dropdown).

Click on the newly created tab, scroll down on the left to “Reprise_Canvas”, and drag it to the body of the created tab. If it works, you should see the Reprise app. Press “Save” afterwards.
Note: you can add the canvas app anywhere, as long as it’s on the opportunity page.
