HTML Editor- Text Variables

Variables are dynamic elements that can be customized at link creation. These will replace with a default value and then when you add a custom link to your published replay, you can customize it for the prospect that you are sending the link to.

Follow the instructions below to learn how to add a text variable:

1. Select the element you want to add the variable to

2. Select the T Icon and then the variable icon on the left hand side. If you would only like to select one word from the string of text, double click on that word to highlight it before selecting the variable icon.

3. Create a new variable or apply an existing variable that was previously created

4. Name your variable and add in replacement text. Make sure variable type is "Text"

5. Press Save

6. The variable is now added. When you reselect the element, a preview of the variable will show up below for you to easily select it and make edits.
