HTML Editor- Capture w/ Lazy Loading

If your application uses lazy loading to improve page loading times—loading elements like off-screen images only when you scroll down—you might notice some elements are missing in your captures with HTML Environment. This occurs because of how your app is designed. We've outlined steps to ensure everything is captured properly.

Before capturing, we recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Zoom out in your browser as much as possible in your real app. This should load most of the content you need to capture.
  2. Use the extension keyboard shortcut to capture the screen.
  3. Check the new screen in the editor to ensure the content was captured and the screen is responsive.

If you're still unable to capture all the elements you need, consider these alternative workarounds:

  1. Use images as screens to capture the missing elements and add them to your demo.
  2. Create replacement objects that can be used on your demo screens.
