HTML Editor- Email Anonymize

Protecting personal information in your demos is crucial. The Email Replacement feature in the HTML Editor allows you to automatically anonymize email addresses with generated dummy emails. This powerful tool simplifies the process, ensuring you can efficiently replace PII (Personally Identifiable Information) without manually creating fake emails.

Using the Email Replacement feature not only saves you time but also enhances the accuracy and consistency of your anonymized data. It's an essential step in maintaining privacy and professionalism in your demos.

Follow the instructions below to learn how to utilize the Email Replacement feature effectively:


1. Select an Email Element: Click on any email address in your demo.

2. Activate Email Replacement: When you click an email address, the email replacement icon will appear above it. Click this icon.

3. Enter a Domain: In the text box that appears, enter your preferred email domain or leave it as "example.com". Then, click the "Anonymize" button.

4. Email Replacement Complete: All email addresses in your demo will now be replaced with auto-generated dummy emails using the domain you specified.
