Using the AI Translation Assistant in the HTML Editor
The AI Translation Assistant in the HTML Editor makes it easy to translate the text on your demo screens into another language. With just a few clicks, you can localize your demo for different audiences without having to manually edit each screen or guide.
How it Works
In the HTML Editor, click the AI Translation Assistant button.
-
Use the prompt box to enter your translation details, including the target language.
You can choose to translate either both screens and guides, or just guides:Screens & Guides – Translates all on-screen text and all guide text.
Guides Only – Translates just your guides, keeping screen content in English (ideal for tailoring guides for international sales while maintaining consistent demo visuals).
-
Click Translate.
Translation will begin across all screens in your demo.
This process may take several minutes, depending on the size of your demo.
Editing will be paused while translation is in progress.
A tracker will display the progress as each screen is translated.
-
When translation is complete, you’ll have the option to:
Try Again – re-run the translation in the same language.
Undo – immediately revert to the pre-translation version of your demo.

Reverting Back to English After Closing
If you’ve already closed the translation tracker and want to go back to English (or your original language):
Navigate to Settings > Backups in your demo.
Look for the Pre-Translation Backup automatically created before your translation.
Restore this backup to return your demo to its original state.
Changing Languages
You can translate into any language by entering it into the prompt box and running the AI Translation Assistant again. Each translation will overwrite the current screen text, but a backup will always be created for you in Settings > Backups.
Tips & Limitations
Large demos may take longer to fully translate.
The translation is AI-generated and may require manual review for accuracy.
