User Count Tracker

In your Reprise portal, navigate to Settings to view a meter that displays the number of active builders, presenters, and unused licenses in your account. This meter helps you track the licenses you have purchased and their current usage.

What is a "Builder"?

A Builder is a user with permissions to create, edit, and manage demos and related assets within the Reprise portal. Builders typically have access to configuration and administrative settings that control how demos are built, customized, and shared. These permissions include:

  • Creating and publishing HTML Environment or Clone Environment demos
  • Creating and managing custom datasets
  • Managing the demo library
  • Managing integrations
  • Creating or editing users, groups, roles, and API tokens (admin capabilities

What is a "Presenter"?

A Presenter is a user with limited permissions focused on sharing and lightly customizing demos that have already been created by Builders. Presenters do not have demo creation or administrative permissions, specifically:

  • Accessing published demos in Reprise (HTML Environment, Clone Environment, and Data Injection)
  • Creating, editing, or deleting custom demo links
  • Customizing pre-existing demos through editable variables or by adding datasets
  • Viewing settings and user

If a user can perform any actions beyond these, they are classified as a builder. Users not assigned to a group or without permissions are considered presenters until they receive a permission that classifies them as builders.
