Clone Environment Published Library Overview

Introduction

The Clone Environment Published Library allows you to search, organize, and manage your published demos directly from the Clone Environment page in the Reprise portal. This section provides an overview of key actions you can take with your demos, including managing, organizing, and editing them.

Key Actions

• Manage Published Library: Edit, share, republish, or delete demos.
• Organize Published Demos: Create and manage folders to keep your demos structured.
• Search and Sort: Use search functionality to find demos and sort them based on various criteria.
• Publish Drafts: Move demos from drafts to the Published Library.
• Edit and Republish Demos: Update your published demos with the latest changes.

Manage Published Library

Accessing Your Published Demos

You can view and manage your published demos from the Published Demo Overview Tile:

• Create custom links, delete custom links, and copy links to share your demos.
• Launch the demo editor to make changes to your demo.
• Republish demos to update them after making edits.
  
  

Organizing the Published Library

• Create New Folders: Group your demos based on categories, clients, or projects.
• Rename Folders: Click the pencil icon next to the folder name, make changes, and press Enter to save.
• Delete Folders: Click the "Delete Folder" icon, confirm the deletion, and remove folders from your library.
  
  

Searching and Sorting Demos

• Search Demos: Use the global search bar to find specific demos.
• Sort Published Demos: Sort demos by title, date, or custom order (drag and drop to organize).

Publish Drafts

To move a demo from drafts to the Published Library:

1. Click the More actions ellipsis (three dots) on your draft.
2. Select Publish to make the demo publicly available.

Launch the Demo Editor

To edit a published demo:

1. Choose the demo from the Published Clone Environment page.
2. Click Edit on the demo card to open it in the editor.
3. Make changes, add tags, and select the folder to publish to.
4. Click Publish Demo to apply the updates.

Republish Demos

To republish an edited demo:

1. From the Clone Environment page, select the demo to republish.
2. Click the ellipsis on the demo card, then choose Republish.

Re-use an Existing Demo

You can re-use an existing demo by logging into Reprise:

1. Open the Reprise extension in Chrome.
2. Click on Existing HTML Environments, find the demo, and select it.
3. You can now capture additional screens or modify the demo as needed.

Delete Published Demos

To delete a published demo:

1. On the Clone Environment demo page, click the demo you wish to delete.
2. In the demo card, click the ellipsis and select Delete.
3. Confirm by clicking the red Delete button again.

Caution: Deleting a demo removes the published link but does not delete the associated draft.

Use the Global Search Bar

To find demos quickly:

1. Click the Search bar on the Clone Environment demo page.
2. Type the demo name to search for relevant matches.
